Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DBHelm ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

DBHelm is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1. You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute the Software for any purpose except offering DBHelm itself as a paid database-management service to third parties. Each released version automatically converts to the Apache License 2.0 four years after release.

Use at Your Own Risk

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The authors shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use. You are responsible for your own database operations, backups, and cluster management.

Your Responsibilities

• · Maintain secure access to your Kubernetes clusters and kubeconfig files
• · Ensure proper backup procedures before performing destructive operations
• · Use the Software in compliance with your organization's security policies
• · Keep the Software updated to the latest version for security patches

Intellectual Property

The DBHelm name, logo, and website design are the property of DBHelm. Kubernetes is a registered trademark of the Linux Foundation. MongoDB is a registered trademark of MongoDB, Inc. Percona is a registered trademark of Percona LLC.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
